Cancellation Policy

*For in person appointments ALL THE DECISION MAKERS of the project and home owners must be there, we assure all your questions and concerns will be answer in the first appointment.* *TO CANCEL or Re-schedule please contact us 24Hrs in advance. OUR POLICY: *Please allow up to 10 business days to issue a formal proposal depending on the project type and scope of work (It may take longer if further investigation is required); *We reserve the right not to honor a free estimate or to refuse giving one. *Please advise there will be a charge for an estimate in special cases including, but not limited to: Insurance claims, family trust, State/city programs, real state, foundation or structural inspections. Prices for these cases varies between $450 and $1,600+. *We offer a field consultation with our structural engineer $375-$550
